Columbia Women's Leadership Network

The Columbia Women’s Leadership Network (CWLN) is a program led by Columbia Global Center Rio de Janeiro that supports the development of Brazilian women who are changemakers in their fields. Through a mix of academic training, professional development, and global networking, CWLN empowers participants to advance gender equity and social impact across sectors.

Since 2019, I have been leading communications for the program, helping to shape its public voice, grow its visibility, and amplify the stories of its powerful community of women. In 2025, I also took on a broader leadership role, coordinating all aspects of the program — from the selection process and participant experience to event planning and logistics, including the international module in New York.

This experience has allowed me to combine my skills in communication, strategic planning, and community engagement with my passion for women’s leadership and social transformation.
